Candour Care Group is an approved healthcare provider by the Care Quality Commission. This means we are able to offer personal care services to our clients, it also gives our customers reassurance that we are operating at the highest of standards within a heavily regulated environment.

Skills for Care

Skills for Care are an independent charity that works in partnership with The Department of Health to guide and ensure best practice with regards to training and development within the social care sector. Being a Skills for Care partner allows Candour Care Group to train our staff to a high standard and give each staff member a valuable career and learning journey.

Nurse Buddy

Nurse buddy provides Candour Care Group with high-quality care management software. This allows our home-care services to run in super-slick fashion. Nurse buddy manages and records all aspects of care delivery and even has a fantastic family and friends app, this allows family and friends access their loved ones’ care plans and other records. Fantastic peace of mind for families.

Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC)

Candour Care Group is an approved training provider by HABC. This allows us to offer training nationally, including accredited qualifications. As an education function we are required to operate at a very high standard which is verified through Highfield Awarding Body. We specialise in health & social care however we also offer a range of other qualifications and short courses.
