Candour Care is a private care agency in St Helens, delivering exceptional standards of support to clients in their own homes. Established in 2019 by Paul and Ashley Serrio, our founders were inspired to fill the critical gap in quality care for vulnerable adults in their local community, with the COVID 19 pandemic highlighting just how important access to these services is.

When you work with our private care agency, you have complete control over the level of support you receive, with care available during the day, overnight or both. We’ll work closely with loved ones and healthcare providers (where requested) and are always on hand to advise and guide.
