We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kim Knowles to Deputy Manager here at Candour Care Group! Since joining us in February 2023 as a community carer, Kim has exemplified dedication, hard work, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

In her short time with us, Kim quickly rose through the ranks, first becoming our Field Supervisor and now stepping into this vital leadership role. Her commitment to professional growth is evident, having recently completed her Level 3 Health & Social Care apprenticeship, which has equipped her to become an advanced practitioner in social care.

But that’s not all! Kim is also our resident Moving and Handling Trainer, First Aider, and Mental Health First Aider, playing a crucial role in ensuring our team is well-equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
